Applicants must be 5'8" or taller and physically capable of performing the duties required of a Crowd Controller in a busy licensed venue. A confident and professional presence is essential.

Welcome and monitor guests on arrival.

Check identification and maintain venue entry procedures.

Provide a visible security presence throughout the venue.

Assist with crowd management and ensure a safe environment for patrons and staff.

Liaise with management and work as part of a professional team.

Respond calmly and professionally to incidents when required.
